All orders are processed and shipped from our office Monday through Friday (with the exception of postal holidays.). We ship all orders with a tracking number within 1-3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

Please keep in mind that delivery times listed here are only estimates and don't take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance or mailing address errors. We have a reputation for fast processing and delivery, however, we are not liable for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame and can not issue refunds for delayed delivery.
In the majority of cases, our customers are not required to pay any customs fee(s). But even so, we recommend you contact your local customs authority for more information. Some countries may charge import duties. You will be liable for all import duties, customs fees and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We do not have any control over any duties, customs fees and taxes levied by the country or zone your order is being shipped to. Unfortunately, we can not advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country or zone.
During the checkout process, we will ask your phone number. The reason is simple, if any delivery issues arise, the courier may contact you directly using this phone number.

We are confident that you will love your Idil's Jewelry, but our main concern is to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and the experience with our brand. So we are adopting a customer-centric returns policy. We want you to purchase items from Idil's Jewelry with confidence and peace of mind, knowing you have the option to return it later.
If you are dissatisfied with your item, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange or store credit within 60 days from the date of purchasing. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes and alterations. For custom orders such as items with engraving and special ring sizes, unfortunately, we can't accept returns.
To start your return process, first of all, please contact us. Then click the link to our return center where you can go through the return process.
Note: Please keep in mind that returns that are NOT approved by our return center will NOT be approved.
You will need to follow this process for returning your package to us:
1. Enter your order number and email address in the given fields at our item return center and click Start a Return.
2. Follow the screen instructions and select the item(s) you want to return.
3. You will get a confirmation email with return shipping guidelines.
Please, until you receive confirmation from us, don't ship your item.
